Single-phase pump installations requiring start and run capacitors can be supplied with the SRCAP configuration. This single-phase 230Vac panel incorporates start and run capacitors while managing dual-pump duty rotation and full system protection.

The controller manages duty sharing and pump alternation, switching the lead pump on each start cycle and after 30 minutes of continuous run. When the standby start input closes, the standby pump starts to assist. A 3-second staggered start delay prevents simultaneous starting surges. Dual electronic overload ranges (0.1–6A and 5–16A) provide independent motor current protection for each pump.

System status is displayed through a dual-pump capacitive touch keypad with indicator lights for power, system enable, level alarms, pump run states, auto/manual modes, and fault codes. Built-in strobe and audible buzzer alarms feature smart chirp silencing. Configurable DIP switches enable Level Control (up to 5 floats) or Pressure Control (up to 3 pressure switches), as well as prime loss and low level protection.

Housed in a 400 x 400 x 200 mm powder-coated mild steel enclosure with an inner door, the unit is IP56 rated for outdoor mounting. Features include a padlockable mains isolator, dedicated pump circuit breakers, a removable gland plate, a volt-free BMS common fault relay, and Modbus RTU Serial RS485 connections for SCADA.
