Three-phase pump installations requiring an automatic generator changeover option can utilize an integrated ATS configuration. Operating on a 400Vac supply (4 core and earth with neutral), this dual-pump panel includes an automatic generator changeover switch (ATS) alongside standard three-phase contactor control and motor protection.

The control module operates two three-phase pump contactors with automatic duty alternation on start and after 30 minutes of continuous running, or after 6 hours in recirculation mode. The standby pump engages when the standby start input closes, supported by a 3-second staggered start delay to prevent simultaneous motor starting. Current transformers monitor two phases per pump, providing electronic overload protection across selectable 0.1–6A and 5–16A ranges.

Status monitoring is accessible through a dual-pump capacitive touch keypad displaying system power, system enable, level alarms, pump running states, auto/manual selections, and specific fault diagnostics. Local alarms include an integrated visual strobe and an audible buzzer with smart chirp silencing. The controller supports Level Control (up to 5 floats) or Pressure Control (up to 3 pressure switches) modes via DIP switch selection.

The assembly is housed in a 400 x 400 x 200 mm powder-coated mild steel enclosure with an inner door, providing an IP56 rating for outdoor mounting. Features include a padlockable mains isolator, dedicated pump circuit breakers, a removable gland plate, a volt-free BMS common fault relay, and Modbus RTU Serial RS485 connections for SCADA.
