The panel is rated for single-phase 230 Vac electrical inputs, distributing regulated switching power to the dual pump starters. Motor overload protection utilizes external current transformers connected directly to the CT terminals of the main board. DIP switch 4 enables quick toggling between the 0.1 to 6 A and 5 to 16 A selectable current ranges. A dedicated current transformer is installed on the output phase of each pump to monitor starting and running currents.
Users can easily select between level emptying and pressure boosting setups using integrated PCB DIP switches. For level applications, five digital float inputs regulate start and stop thresholds, while pressure-boosting setups use three pressure inputs. The PRO control board supports duty sharing, a 30-minute running alternation, and static duty mode to lock Pump 1 as the primary driver. Staggered pump starting prevents excessive current draw and reduces water surge during high inflow events.
The premium 316 stainless steel enclosure has a removable gland plate and an inner door with an interlocked main isolator. Keypad buttons enable easy alarm muting, and visual status lights track active inputs. Alarm faults trigger the onboard siren and strobe, which switch to chirp mode after five minutes of unmuted alerts. Standard BMS common fault outputs and Modbus RTU serial RS485 communication are included. Built-in software protections include a 7-day pump anti-seize program and manual-reset low-level safety.
