This professional dual-pump controller is designed for high-visibility installations and demanding pump-out systems. It ensures balanced pump wear through automated duty alternation and load sharing under high inflow rates.

    Designed for single-phase 230 Vac electrical systems, the system distributes safe operating power to standard single-phase pump motors. Current sensing is handled via externally mounted current transformers, providing selectable CT overload ranges spanning 0.1 to 6 Amps or 5 to 16 Amps. To ensure accurate load tracking, one current transformer is wired to the module for each pump. This allows the system to detect and isolate faults on a per-pump basis.

    The module provides configurable level-empty or pressure-boosting control modes tailored for civil and commercial systems. Level empty operation is governed by up to five floats, whereas pressure boost is controlled by up to three pressure switches. The panel supports standard duty alternation, recirculation duty rotation after six hours, and static duty operations. When both pumps are called to start simultaneously, a three-second delay staggers their startup to prevent power drops.

    High-visibility powder-coated galvanized steel housing includes premium DIN-rail mounted terminal connections for simple field wiring. The capacitive touch keypad features system and pump fault indicators, with a buzzer test button. On-board alarm circuits drive a visual strobe and audible buzzer alarms provide indication of system faults under smart chirp control. Serial Modbus RTU RS485 connections and a volt-free BMS common fault relay provide integration. Protective programs include low-level shutdown and a 7-day pump anti-seize cycle.
