Deploying the FPP-82243 HydroSTART PRO establishes a dedicated dual-pump controller for three-phase pumps. This professional controller is housed inside a weather-resistant IP66 grey powder-coated galvanised mild steel cabinet with an inner door. It oversees heavy-duty drainage systems to balance run times and maintain fluid movement.

The system operates from a three-phase 400 Vac electrical supply at 50Hz, requiring a neutral wire for standard control circuit operation. Overload monitoring is handled by external current transformers mounted above the main contactors. DIP switch settings configure the module's electronic trip thresholds to cover active ranges of either 0.1 to 6 Amps or 5 to 16 Amps. For three-phase safety, two current transformers per pump monitor two of the three supply phases.

The control board is configured to support dual-pump level control or three-phase pressure boost operations. Level empty mode is managed by five float switch inputs, while pressure-boosting mode utilizes three pressure switches. The PRO module features three rotation modes: standard 30-minute alternation, 6-hour accumulated recirculation rotation, and non-alternating static duty. A built-in staggered starting protocol initiates each motor separately to prevent voltage drops on three-phase lines.

The heavy-duty steel cabinet houses premium Schneider contactors for three-phase switching and Schneider circuit breakers for motor isolation. System diagnostics are displayed on the dual-pump capacitive keypad, which integrates mute and reset buttons. Visual strobe and audible buzzer alarms provide indication of system faults, with an automatic silence timeout. External SCADA systems connect via Modbus RTU RS485 terminals, and BMS links utilize a common fault contact. Software protections include low level and a 7-day pump anti-seize routine.
