Crafted inside a premium powder-coated 316 stainless steel IP66 enclosure, the FPP-82243-SS is a professional three-phase dual-pump HydroSTART PRO controller. This inner-door panel regulates two submersible pumps in demanding pumping applications. It coordinates pump start sequences and alternates active duties to extend system reliability.

The unit is powered by three-phase 400 Vac mains supply, distributing switching voltage through heavy-duty terminal blocks. Overload and short-circuit protection utilize external current transformers connected to the upper CT terminal strip. Electronic overload limits are set by selecting the 0.1 to 6 Amp or 5 to 16 Amp CT scales on the PCB. To monitor three-phase loads, two current transformers are assigned per pump to track active phase lines.

DIP switch 1 on the PRO control module alternates the system between level-empty and pressure-boosting configurations. Up to five float switches manage sump levels, while three pressure switches govern pressure setups. Alternation options include standard start-based rotation, a six-hour accumulated recirculation mode, and non-rotating static duty. The controller initiates the pumps with a three-second staggered start delay to protect three-phase power lines from current spikes.

The premium 316 stainless steel IP66 inner-door cabinet contains premium Schneider switchgear and DIN-rail terminal blocks. A capacitive touch keypad provides manual mode buttons and system status LEDs. Onboard alarm elements drive a visual strobe and audible buzzer alarms provide indication of system faults, including zero current and undercurrent conditions. A volt-free BMS fault contact and Modbus RTU RS485 terminals are standard. Software safety includes low-level protection and a 7-day pump anti-seize cycle.
