The FPP-82243-X15 is an X15 orange powder-coated galvanised mild steel IP66 HydroSTART PRO controller for dual three-phase pumps. Featuring an interlocked main isolator on the inner door, this professional panel manages stormwater retention and drainage applications. It balances the duty load across two submersible pumps to ensure equal wear distribution.

Operating on a standard three-phase 400 Vac electrical network, the panel coordinates power distribution via built-in contactors. Integrated current transformers provide dual adjustable settings spanning 0.1 to 6 Amps and 5 to 16 Amps. Two current transformers are mounted above the circuit breakers for each pump to monitor phase currents. This provides comprehensive electronic protection across two monitored phases.

The main control module supports level-empty level control or pressure-boosting pump operations via DIP switch settings. Level Empty is controlled by up to five float switches, while Pressure Boost is governed by up to three pressure switches. Rotation logic includes standard duty sharing, six-hour recirculation alternation, and static duty where Pump 1 always leads. Staggered pump starting prevents excessive current draw and reduces water surge.

The high-visibility X15 orange galvanized steel cabinet is rated IP66 and contains an inner door with an interlocked isolator switch. Keypad operation allows quick mode shifts, and LEDs monitor system statuses. Onboard alarm circuits drive a visual strobe and audible buzzer alarms provide indication of system faults. SCADA networks communicate via Modbus RTU RS485 protocols, and a volt-free common fault contact links to BMS systems. Software features include low-level shutdown and a 7-day pump anti-seize cycle.
