MATelec HydroSTART FPC-82241-RMC/AC Mild Steel 1PH Dual Pump Rain Mains Changeover

Two pumps, single phase 230Vac, rain/mains changeover with 24Vac valve control - the FPC-82241-RMC/AC covers it all. This HydroSTART controller from MATelec manages dual pump rain/mains changeover with a 24Vac valve output for the mains water gate valve.

When rain water is available, the controller pulse closes the mains valve and runs the pumps on tank water. When the tank runs dry or the power fails, it opens the valve and switches the supply over to mains water. The 24Vac output drives the changeover valve directly.

The controller is rated at 0.1-16A for the pump circuit. The HydroSTART platform's construction features include a powder coated mild steel enclosure with inner door and removable gland plate, with padlockable mains isolator and circuit breaker protected low voltage control. This variant is configured for rain/mains changeover with a 24Vac valve output on single phase 230Vac supply.
