    The MATelec HydroTOUCH FPC-43220-B keeps dual-pump tank filling orderly at 1.5 kW, using pulse flow data to help the system respond to changing demand. This panel manages the operation of dual-pump configurations using a three-phase power supply of 400 Vac at 50 Hz. Based on real-time sensor feedback, the system adjusts pump performance to maintain the configured operating conditions.

    Motor frequency is controlled using PID speed control in pressure, flow and temperature modes, or proportional speed control in level mode. Staggered operation is programmed into the system to prevent electrical surges and reduce mechanical pipe shock during pump cycling. Built-in duty sharing and alternation protocols balance operating hours across all connected pumps to extend equipment service life.

    A 7-inch touchscreen HMI hosts a Setup Wizard to simplify system commissioning. The interface provides detailed system monitoring, including power usage graphs, trend plots for pressure or level, and logged alarm events.

    Standard terminal connections accommodate dual analog 4-20 mA inputs, up to five 24 Vdc digital inputs, and a pulse flow meter. Standard RCD protection is not recommended because VSD EMC filtering can cause nuisance tripping. If RCD protection is required, Type B RCDs must be used with consideration of VSD earth leakage current.
