    To keep chiller supply moving efficiently, the MATelec HydroTOUCH FPC-43220-K coordinates two 22 kW pumps using a 4-20 mA level transducer for feedback. This panel manages the operation of dual-pump configurations using a three-phase power supply of 400 Vac at 50 Hz. Connected instrumentation feedback allows the control module to adjust VSD frequency dynamically, ensuring efficient water management.

    To maintain system efficiency, this panel incorporates advanced PID control parameters that adjust pump speed in response to system feedback. Staggered operation is programmed into the system to prevent electrical surges and reduce mechanical pipe shock during pump cycling. Built-in duty sharing and alternation protocols balance operating hours across all connected pumps to extend equipment service life.

    A 7-inch touchscreen HMI and Setup Wizard simplify system commissioning. The interface provides detailed system monitoring, including power usage graphs, trend plots for pressure or level, and logged alarm events.

    Standard terminal connections accommodate dual analog 4-20 mA inputs, up to five 24 Vdc digital inputs, and a pulse flow meter. Standard RCD protection is not recommended because VSD EMC filtering can cause nuisance tripping. If RCD protection is required, Type B RCDs must be used with consideration of VSD earth leakage current.
