This panel manages the operation of triplex-pump configurations using a three-phase power supply of 400 Vac at 50 Hz. The unit maintains consistent flow, pressure, or level based on real-time feedback from connected analog transducers and digital switches.

    To maintain system efficiency, this panel incorporates advanced PID control parameters that adjust pump speed in response to system feedback. Staggered operation is programmed into the system to prevent electrical surges and reduce mechanical pipe shock during pump cycling. Built-in duty sharing and alternation protocols balance operating hours across all connected pumps to extend equipment service life.

    A 7-inch touchscreen HMI hosts a Setup Wizard to simplify system commissioning. The interface provides detailed system monitoring, including power usage graphs, trend plots for pressure or level, and logged alarm events.

    Din rail mounted terminals are provided for dual 4–20 mA inputs for level, pressure or temperature transducers, plus up to five 24 Vdc digital inputs. Standard RCD protection is not recommended because VSD EMC filtering can cause nuisance tripping. If RCD protection is required, Type B RCDs must be used with consideration of VSD earth leakage current.
