The MATelec FPC-63243-(AA-D)/SMS pairs 400Vac three-phase dual-pump control with the ME-Link SMS module for remote monitoring and control. This panel incorporates a pad-lockable mains power isolator switch, a protective inner door, a removable gland plate for cable routing, and DIN-rail terminals. An integrated duty sharing routine alternates the lead pump position automatically based on operating run hours, equalising pump run hours.
Operating on a standard 400Vac supply, the controller feeds the pump contactors and control circuitry. Overcurrent protection utilizes thermal overload protection adjustable from 1.6-13A. The main control module and float inputs operate on a low-voltage 24Vdc control loop, backed by dedicated circuit-breaker protection.
HMI parameters configure the controller for level empty, pressure boost, or temperature control applications. Operational feedback is driven by a 4-20mA transducer and up to eight 24Vdc digital inputs for floats or thermostats. Staggered pump initiation separates starts by a 3-second delay to limit current draw, and stops pumps with a 1-second delay to limit water surge.
HMI features include a colour touchscreen displaying system event counts, pump run logs, date- and time-stamped faults, and trend plots. Visual strobe and audible buzzer indicators provide local fault warnings, with audible buzzer mute function. The integrated ME-Link CAT-M1 cellular module operates on the 700MHz frequency, sending SMS alerts for alarms, status, and power failure. Standard software protections include high and low level and pressure protection, and a 7-day pump anti-seize cycle.
