The Onga 112 is a surface-mounted centrifugal water transfer pump built for agricultural irrigation and high-volume rural fluid transfer. Its robust mechanical construction allows continuous service in demanding field environments where reliable water delivery is necessary. The unit processes clean; non-aggressive liquids containing no abrasive particles or suspended solid fibres.
Operating with an efficient three-phase 415v motor; this model delivers a maximum flow rate of 318 L/Min and achieves a maximum head of 25 m. Nominal motor rating is 1.1 kW at 2900 RPM with a rated current draw of 3.3 Amps.
The hydraulic design utilizes a closed polycarbonate impeller to optimize pressure generation and maintain consistent; quiet fluid movement. Internal components include a Glass-Filled Noryl diffuser and baffle which assist in thermal and mechanical stress resistance.
For long-term reliability; the mechanical seal consists of a ceramic stationary face; carbon rotating face; and nitrile elastomer bellows coupled to a mild steel motor shaft. Standard connections are 32 mm BSP male threads on both the inlet and outlet ports.
