The Onga 150 is a heavy-duty self-priming centrifugal pump designed for reliable water transfer and effluent handling in domestic, rural, and light industrial applications. Built with a rugged cast iron pump casing and open impeller design, the pump is engineered to handle liquids containing small soft solids without clogging. A built-in check valve improves priming performance, allowing the pump to self-prime quickly and maintain efficient operation in demanding suction lift conditions.
Powered by a 1.1kW electric motor operating at approximately 2900 RPM, the Onga 150 delivers up to 375 litres per minute with a maximum head of around 34 metres. The horizontal surface-mounted centrifugal pump design allows easy installation and servicing while providing strong flow performance for water transfer, sump emptying, irrigation, and effluent pumping applications.
Engineered for durability and continuous duty operation, the pump features a Totally Enclosed Fan Cooled (TEFC) motor, ceramic/graphite mechanical seal, and heavy cast iron construction. Suitable for pumping clean water, grey water, and effluent without fibres or large solids, the pump can operate with liquid temperatures from approximately 1°C to 70°C and ambient temperatures up to 55°C.
