The Onga 182 is a heavy-duty cast iron centrifugal water transfer pump configured for commercial wash-down; agricultural crop irrigation; and municipal circulation. Its extremely rigid structure is designed to function reliably under demanding agricultural or commercial installations.

Running on a 1.5 kW three-phase 415v motor; this model draws a nominal current of 3.3 Amps. The pump produces a maximum flow rate of 360 L/Min and is capable of reaching a maximum head of 32 m.

Its internal mechanical structure comprises a cast iron pump body with precision-moulded internal components. This includes a 20 percent glass-filled Noryl baffle and diffuser paired with an award-winning Hi-Flo polycarbonate impeller.

The shaft utilizes a robust nylon sleeve and Nitrile flexible bellows mechanical seal to prevent fluid leakage. Suction and discharge ports feature heavy 50 mm BSP female threaded connections to support large-diameter system piping.

    FEATURES

    • Hi-Flo polycarbonate impeller provides optimized hydraulic output with reduced turbulence and high flow rate transfer efficiency
    • Three-phase 415v motor draws a highly efficient 3.3 Amps to minimize overall commercial energy costs and continuous wear
    • Suction and discharge ports are tapped with large 50 mm BSP female threads for high-volume piping integration in heavy washing bays
    • Nitrile elastomer bellows seal paired with ceramic and carbon faces prevents fluid leakage along the heavy-duty drive assembly
    • Internal close-coupled design incorporates a nylon shaft sleeve to protect the mild steel motor shaft from oxidation and chemical scale
