The Onga 187 Hi-Flo is a heavy-duty centrifugal irrigation pump designed for high-volume water transfer in agricultural, domestic, and industrial applications. Built with a rugged cast iron pump casing and durable moulded internal components, the pump delivers reliable performance in demanding water transfer environments such as irrigation systems, tank filling, wash-down, and general water circulation tasks. The Hi-Flo impeller design provides high efficiency with strong flow and pressure performance while maintaining lower operating costs.

Powered by a 2.4kW electric motor operating at approximately 2900 RPM, the Onga 187 delivers flows up to around 840 litres per minute depending on operating conditions and can achieve a maximum head of approximately 52 metres. The pump features a horizontal single-stage centrifugal design with a Totally Enclosed Fan Cooled (TEFC) motor to provide dependable operation and improved cooling during extended running periods.

Constructed for durability and long service life, the pump incorporates corrosion-resistant cast iron construction, stainless steel shaft components, and a mechanical seal assembly with ceramic and carbon faces for reliable sealing. Designed for pumping clean, non-aggressive water without solids or fibres, the pump can operate with liquid temperatures typically between about 1°C and 70°C and working pressures up to around 780 kPa.
