Onga PWT-SDB 1.0m Fibreglass Deep Bed Pool Filter for High Flow Circulation with 65mm MPV

The Onga PWT-SDB-10-10-25 deep bed commercial filter supports high hydraulic flow requirements across larger swimming pools and commercial aquatic circulation systems. The 1.0 metre vessel combines a full 1.0 metre deep sand bed with larger 2.5” / 65 mm valve connections to accommodate elevated commercial filtration demand.

Maximum hydraulic flow rates reach 650 LPM, while backwash capability extends to 420 LPM during servicing and media cleaning procedures. The filter provides an effective filtration area of 0.78 m² and accommodates approximately 1204 kg of filtration sand media for continuous-duty commercial operation.

Dual layers of laterals assist with balanced water distribution throughout the media bed to maintain stable hydraulic performance and effective debris removal during operation. A 4” sight glass is incorporated for backwash monitoring visibility, while the servicing manhole provides direct internal access during maintenance procedures.

Spun-woven UV resistant fibreglass construction provides structural durability together with resistance against corrosion, outdoor exposure, and chemically treated water environments. The vessel incorporates a 50 mm / 2” drain arrangement and operates at maximum pressures up to 250 kPa.
