Onga PWT-SDB 1.0m Fibreglass Deep Bed Pool Filter for Large Commercial Pools with 50mm Drain

The Onga PWT-SDB-10-10-20 commercial deep bed filter provides high-capacity sand filtration performance for larger swimming pools and demanding aquatic circulation systems. The 1.0 metre vessel incorporates a full 1.0 metre deep sand bed together with substantial media volume to support continuous commercial filtration operation.

Hydraulic flow capability reaches 520 LPM, while backwash performance extends to 420 LPM during servicing and media cleaning cycles. The filter provides an effective filtration area of 0.78 m² and accommodates approximately 1204 kg of filtration sand media together with a 2€� / 50 mm valve connection.

Balanced hydraulic movement through the media bed is maintained through dual layers of laterals designed to support stable filtration consistency and debris removal throughout continuous-duty operation. A 4€� sight glass assists with backwash monitoring visibility, while the integrated servicing manhole provides direct internal access for maintenance procedures.

Constructed using spun-woven UV resistant fibreglass, the tank provides resistance against chemically treated water, outdoor operating conditions, and long-term commercial use. A 50 mm / 2€� drain arrangement is incorporated for servicing requirements, while maximum operating pressure is rated to 250 kPa.
