Onga SSS2102 304 Stainless Steel Centrifugal Pump for Commercial Water Transfer with Single Impeller

Water transfer and irrigation in agricultural and commercial settings are the primary applications for this stainless steel centrifugal pump. It is designed to handle clean, non-aggressive liquids without solids or fibres in suspension. The unit is an ideal choice for washdown systems where corrosion resistance is a factor.

Hydraulic performance includes a maximum flow rate of 300 L/Min and a maximum head of 19.7 m. The pump is powered by a 1.1 kW single-phase 240v motor with a full load current of 6 Amps. This performance profile supports high-volume water transfer tasks requiring a continuously rated centrifugal unit for stable service.

The hydraulic design features 304 stainless steel construction for the pump casing and impeller, ensuring corrosion resistance and durability. A Silicon carbide/Graphite mechanical seal with a 304SS spring is utilized for sealing performance. The pump is capable of handling liquid temperatures up to 85°C, and mild chemical use is possible when configured with an optional Viton seal kit.

The motor is a TEFC 2-pole induction design with a nominal speed of 2900rpm and an IPX4 protection rating. It features high-quality NSK bearings and Class F insulation for thermal stability in ambient temperatures up to 55°C. The 304SS motor shaft and Nitrile O-rings ensure long-term durability and resistance to leaks. Port sizes are 1½" inlet and 1¼" outlet.
