Onga SSS2103 304 Stainless Steel Centrifugal Pump for Washdown Systems with Single Impeller

Washdown and large-scale water transfer are the main service duties for this high-flow stainless steel centrifugal pump. It is specifically engineered to handle clean, non-aggressive liquids in agricultural and commercial environments where efficiency is required. The unit is optimized for irrigation supply and transfer tasks that demand a continuously rated performance.

Hydraulic performance includes a maximum head of 24.2 m and a maximum flow rate of 300 L/Min. This single-phase 240v model features a 1.5 kW motor with a full load current of 8.5 Amps. These hydraulic parameters provide the necessary pressure for washdown systems and efficient water transfer across commercial agricultural sites and industrial facilities.

Constructed with 304 stainless steel for the hydraulic components, including the casing and impeller, the pump offers superior protection against corrosion. The internal sealing is managed by a Silicon carbide and Graphite mechanical seal with a 304SS spring for integrity. The pump handles liquid temperatures up to 85°C, providing a versatile solution for clean water transfer.

The TEFC 2-pole motor is rated for continuous duty at 2900rpm and carries an IPX4 protection rating. High-grade NSK bearings and Class F insulation are utilized to ensure mechanical stability in ambient temperatures up to 55°C. This robust design can be fitted with optional Viton seal kits to manage the transfer of mild chemical liquids when required. Port sizes are 1½" inlet and 1¼" outlet.
