Farm irrigation supply between the extremes of pure volume and pure pressure is the domain of the CJ750's DW54-20 injector. This balanced configuration provides enough flow for genuine irrigation set-ups while delivering sufficient head to reach across uneven or elevated ground.
Flow of 90 L/Min at 10 m suction reduces as head climbs toward 66 m maximum — deeper reach than the DW57-20 in the same 50 mm/40 mm pipe class. Power draw is 9.7 Amps from the 1.5 kW / 240V motor, supporting diverse farm water management tasks.
The DW54-20 injector shares the down-the-bore principle across the CJ range. A thermoplastic injector resists salt, hardness and iron, with a smooth bore that minimises internal turbulence. The jet and venturi are matched to bore yield. An optional Offset Flange (101431, 1½ x 1½ inch female thread) allows installation away from the bore to access water above flood level or closer to electricity.
The pump features a cast iron body, stainless steel shaft, double race bearings and a carbon ceramic mechanical seal. The TEFC motor includes thermal overload protection and handles liquid temperatures up to 65°C. Supplied with the WK-CJ30-50 water kit assembled and glued, including a 35 litre tank with 11.7 litre draw-off. A 2-year warranty applies; loss-of-prime switch optional.
