Filling stock troughs across larger properties where 415V power is already available is the job of the CJ750-DW57-20. This large-port injector configuration uses 50 mm suction and 40 mm discharge pipework to minimise friction at higher flow rates, suiting larger agricultural operations requiring both volume and efficiency.
At 10 m suction it delivers 130 L/Min, with head reaching 52 m as flow reduces. The three-phase 1.5 kW / 415V motor draws 3.5 Amps per phase — considerably less current per line than an equivalent single-phase unit — supporting demanding transfer duties with efficient operation.
The thermoplastic DW57-20 injector sits down the bore rather than at the pump. It resists salt, hardness and iron, with a smooth internal bore that keeps turbulence low at higher flow rates. The jet and venturi are matched to bore yield. An optional Offset Flange (101431, 1½ x 1½ inch female thread) allows installation away from the bore to access water above flood level or closer to electricity.
The pump features a cast iron body, stainless steel shaft, double race bearings and a carbon ceramic mechanical seal. The TEFC motor includes thermal overload protection and handles liquid temperatures up to 65°C. Supplied with the WK-CJ30-50 water kit assembled and glued, including a 35 litre tank with 11.7 litre draw-off. A 2-year warranty is standard; loss-of-prime switch optional.
