High-pressure irrigation and steep-head water distribution are the primary applications for this three-phase self-priming jet pump, supplied with the SW66 injector, a high-head injector configuration designed for applications where discharge pressure takes priority over maximum flow. It is engineered for rural sites where overcoming significant vertical lift or long distance pipe resistance is required.

Powered by a 1.5 kW three-phase 415V motor, the unit draws a rated current of 3.5 Amps per phase for optimal efficiency. Hydraulic performance is defined by a maximum head of up to 69 m and delivers a maximum flow rate of up to 67 L/Min. This high-pressure profile is specifically intended for installations requiring maximum vertical lift from wells or surface water dams.

The SW66 injector works with the jet and venturi system to increase discharge pressure, utilising the large oval casing to purge air and hold ample water for immediate operation. This design ensures that the pump maintains its hydraulic prime even in installations with challenging suction lift conditions.

Construction includes a rugged cast iron pump body and a unique double race bearing system for enhanced mechanical strength. The three-phase motor housing is designed for high ambient temperature tolerance and includes a corrosion-resistant stainless steel shaft. The unit is rated for continuous duty with liquids up to 65°C and includes a 2-year Orange Pumps warranty.
