The CJ850's DW32-15 injector is built for the deepest, most restrictive bores in the range, delivering 82 m maximum head — the highest figure of any CJ injector using the 40 mm/32 mm pipe class — at a correspondingly modest 55 L/Min. This extreme high-head configuration suits sites where vertical lift is the primary hydraulic challenge.

Flow of 55 L/Min at 10 m suction continues to deliver 5 L/Min out to 50 m suction depth, a working range beyond most CJ650 and CJ750 options. The 2.4 kW / 240V motor drives it at 14.1 Amps, supporting the most demanding depth requirements.

The DW32-15 injector is the only component lowered — being thermoplastic, it resists salt, hardness and iron found in groundwater. Its smooth bore keeps turbulence to a minimum. The jet and venturi are matched to bore yield. An optional Offset Flange (101431, 1½ x 1½ inch female thread) allows installation away from the bore to access water above flood level or closer to electricity.

The pump features a cast iron body, stainless steel shaft, double race bearings and a carbon ceramic mechanical seal. The TEFC motor includes thermal overload protection and handles liquid temperatures up to 65°C. Supplied with the WK-CJ850 water kit assembled and glued, including a 60 litre tank with 20 litre draw-off. Covered by a 2-year warranty; loss-of-prime switch optional.
