Farm water supply at the highest flow rates the CJ range offers is available in 415V configuration through the CJ850-DW37-15. It delivers 130 L/Min at 10 m suction, matching the largest CJ850 flow figures while running through the smaller 40 mm/32 mm pipe class, suiting large agricultural operations with three-phase power.
Maximum head reaches 51 m. The three-phase 2.4 kW / 415V motor draws 5 Amps per phase — considerably lighter than the single-phase equivalent's 14.1 Amps — supporting high-volume transfer with efficient operation where switchgear or cable sizing is a consideration.
The down-the-bore injector arrangement allows this level of throughput. DW37-15 thermoplastic injector resists salt, hardness and iron, with a smooth internal bore that reduces turbulence. The jet and venturi are matched to bore yield. An optional Offset Flange (101431, 1½ x 1½ inch female thread) allows installation away from the bore to access water above flood level or closer to electricity.
The pump features a cast iron body, stainless steel shaft, double race bearings and a carbon ceramic mechanical seal. The TEFC motor includes thermal overload protection and handles liquid temperatures up to 65°C. Supplied with the dedicated WK-CJ850 water kit assembled and glued, including a 60 litre tank with 20 litre draw-off. A 2-year warranty is included; loss-of-prime switch optional.
