Deep bore water supply at genuine depth is where the CJ850's DW54-20 injector operates, delivering 80 m maximum head through the large 50 mm/40 mm pipe class — a combination of depth and pipe size not matched elsewhere in the range. This configuration suits demanding depth requirements where both head and flow are essential.
Flow starts at 80 L/Min at 10 m suction and remains usable out to 45 m suction depth, still delivering 10 L/Min at 50 m head. The 2.4 kW / 240V motor supplies power at 14.1 Amps, supporting demanding deep bore extraction.
The injector does its job down the bore rather than at the pump. Thermoplastic injector resists salt, hardness and iron, with a smooth bore that limits turbulence. The jet and venturi are matched to bore yield. An optional Offset Flange (101431, 1½ x 1½ inch female thread) allows installation away from the bore to access water above flood level or closer to electricity.
The pump features a cast iron body, stainless steel shaft, double race bearings and a carbon ceramic mechanical seal. The TEFC motor includes thermal overload protection and handles liquid temperatures up to 65°C. Supplied with the WK-CJ850 water kit assembled and glued, including a 60 litre tank with 20 litre draw-off. A 2-year warranty is included; loss-of-prime switch optional.
