    Pairs well with

Pressurised irrigation systems requiring both flow and head together are served by the CJ850's DW76-20 injector. This configuration stays in the large 50 mm/40 mm pipe class while trading some peak flow for a higher 66 m maximum head, suiting irrigation applications requiring both elevation gain and reasonable throughput.

Output at 10 m suction is 115 L/Min, easing back as elevation increases while remaining productive out to 35 m suction depth. Driven by the 2.4 kW / 240V motor at 14.1 Amps, this combination supports demanding pressurised irrigation systems.

The injector goes down the bore rather than at the pump. Thermoplastic DW76-20 injector resists salt, hardness and iron, with a smooth bore that reduces turbulence. The jet and venturi are matched to bore yield. An optional Offset Flange (101431, 1½ x 1½ inch female thread) allows installation away from the bore to access water above flood level or closer to electricity.

The pump features a cast iron body, stainless steel shaft, double race bearings and a carbon ceramic mechanical seal. The TEFC motor includes thermal overload protection and handles liquid temperatures up to 65°C. Supplied with the WK-CJ850 water kit assembled and glued, including a 60 litre tank with 20 litre draw-off. Backed by a 2-year warranty; loss-of-prime switch optional.
