Farm irrigation supply at the largest scale the CJ range offers is where the DW79-20 injector operates, and its 415V configuration brings the same 170 L/Min peak flow — the highest of any CJ injector — to three-phase properties. Using the large 50 mm/40 mm pipe class, it minimises friction at these volumes for maximum throughput with three-phase efficiency.
Head reaches 53 m at 10 m suction. The three-phase 2.4 kW / 415V motor draws 5 Amps per phase — a fraction of the 14.1 Amps the single-phase equivalent requires — supporting demanding high-volume duties with efficient operation.
The injector sits down the bore, keeping moving parts and electricity above ground. Thermoplastic injector resists salt, hardness and iron. At this flow rate the smooth internal bore keeps turbulence low. The jet and venturi are matched to bore yield. An optional Offset Flange (101431, 1½ x 1½ inch female thread) allows installation away from the bore to access water above flood level or closer to electricity.
The pump features a cast iron body, stainless steel shaft, double race bearings and a carbon ceramic mechanical seal. The TEFC motor includes thermal overload protection and handles liquid temperatures up to 65°C. Supplied with the dedicated WK-CJ850 water kit assembled and glued, including a 60 litre tank with 20 litre draw-off. A 2-year warranty applies; loss-of-prime switch optional.
