The Orange Pumps CP200 Cast Iron Centrifugal Pump functions as a full flow, rotodynamic system to deliver maximum water volumes in a short period. This model functions as a stable setup for Tank Filling and general farm water management. It effectively transfers clean, non-abrasive water in agricultural and domestic water systems.

Driven by a heavy-duty 0.55 kW motor, the unit runs on 240v Single-phase utility power with a current draw of 3.5 Amps. The pump delivers a hydraulic performance of up to Approximately 125 L/Min max flow and Approximately 24 m max head. This supports maximum volume delivery under rated motor load.

Structural construction includes a heavy Cast Iron pump casing and a Open Channel Impeller made from abrasive-resistant thermoplastic. The close-coupled design incorporates a stainless steel motor shaft and a cast iron bearing end shield. This construction reduces shaft deflection and minimizes wear on the internal components.

This pump is fitted with an inbuilt thermal overload switch and a TEFC motor protection enclosure. The robust design handles clean water transfer with liquid temperatures up to Maximum 65°C. This close-coupled unit is suitable for stable domestic or agricultural installation.

    FEATURES

    • Built-in thermal sensor automatically cuts power if the motor temperature rises, preventing windup damage.
    • Heavy-duty cast iron shield reduces physical bearing stress and vibration for smoother, quieter operation.
    • High-grade stainless steel shaft offers excellent corrosion resistance and minimal shaft deflection during operation.
    • Motor enclosure protects against water splashes, ambient dust, and vermin, extending the pump lifespan in outdoor locations.
    • Precisely shaped Nylon 66 components reduce water turbulence and increase hydraulic pumping efficiency under high loads.
