The Orange Pumps CP700-415V Cast Iron Centrifugal Pump functions as a full flow, rotodynamic system to deliver maximum water volumes in a short period. This model functions as a stable setup for Commercial Irrigation and general farm water management. It effectively transfers clean, non-abrasive water in agricultural and domestic water systems.
Driven by a heavy-duty 1.5 kW motor, the unit runs on 415v Three-phase utility power with a current draw of 3.5 Amps. The pump delivers a hydraulic performance of up to Approximately 330 L/Min max flow and Approximately 32 m max head. This supports maximum volume delivery under rated motor load.
This unit incorporates a Cast Iron body housing a precisely molded thermoplastic Open Channel Impeller. To handle demanding duties, it utilizes a high-grade stainless steel motor shaft coupled with a cast iron bearing end shield for minimal bearing stress. The shaft is protected with a stable carbon ceramic mechanical seal.
To protect the motor, a TEFC enclosure shields the unit from dust and ambient moisture. Inbuilt thermal protection is integrated, and the pump is rated for water transfer up to Maximum 65°C. The design operates through a wide voltage range with a low temperature rise.
