The Orange Pumps SF50 Technopolymer Submersible Vortex Pump offers an efficient, cost-competitive water management solution. This model is suited for submerged installation in Water Features applications. It processes wastewater containing soft solids up to the rated diameter with high mechanical efficiency.
Driven by a heavy-duty 0.08 kW motor, the unit runs on 240v Single-phase utility power with a current draw of 0.4 Amps. The pump delivers a hydraulic performance of up to Approximately 60 L/Min max flow and Approximately 3.3 m max head. This supports maximum volume delivery under rated motor load.
The robust Technopolymer structural body is fitted with a durable Open Impeller designed to pass soft solids. Its mechanical design incorporates dual mechanical seals inside a lubricating oil chamber, plus an extra lip seal. A heavy-duty motor winding is encapsulated to prevent moisture entry.
The unit is suitable for continuous duty in sumps with a minimum pit footprint of Small 50x35x50cm. It operates with water temperatures up to Maximum 45°C (intermittent up to 60°C). The wide-voltage motor keeps running temperatures low, protecting the internal bearings and windings.
