For submerged dewatering in Cellar Dewatering setups, the Orange Pumps SP100M Technopolymer Submersible Vortex Pump operates as a robust water transfer solution. It is configured for sumps, cellars, or pits, moving wastewater with soft solids safely. This submersible pump runs continuously in demanding drainage and utility environments.

Under full operating load, this Single-phase pump operates on 240v and draws 1.5 Amps rated current. The system generates up to Approximately 7.6 m maximum discharge pressure and a high volume capacity of Approximately 175 L/Min maximum water flow. The heavy-duty motor is constructed with a low temperature rise.

The mechanical configuration comprises a robust Technopolymer body housing a Vortex Impeller. It utilizes a triple-seal motor protection system consisting of dual seals in an oil bath and an additional lip seal in the pumping liquid. This provides a secure barrier against water ingress into the motor windings.

Designed for submerged installations, the pump is suitable for pits with a minimum dimension of Small 50x35x50cm. It handles soft solids concentration up to the rated limit and operates with water temperatures up to Maximum 45°C. The encapsulated motor winding has inbuilt thermal protection.

    FEATURES

    • Designed for space-saving sumps, requiring a minimum pit size of only Small 50x35x50cm for consistent operation.
    • Specifically configured to pass soft solids and transfer high volumes of wastewater with minimal clogging risk.
    • Features dual mechanical shaft seals in an oil bath chamber, plus an extra lip seal in the pumping liquid.
    • Constructed from hard-wearing Technopolymer to withstand wet, cold, and corrosive submerged environments.
    • Automatically starts and stops the pump based on pit water levels to prevent dry running and save energy.
    • Supplied with a heavy-duty 10-metre H07RN-F electrical cable and plug, suitable for deep submersible use.
