The Orange Pumps SPC700-415V Cast Iron Submersible Cutter Pump offers an efficient, cost-competitive water management solution. This model is suited for submerged installation in Agricultural Slurry Cutting applications. It processes wastewater containing soft solids up to the rated diameter with high mechanical efficiency.

Driven by a heavy-duty 1.1 kW motor, the unit runs on 415v Three-phase utility power with a current draw of 1.6 Amps. The pump delivers a hydraulic performance of up to Approximately 500 L/Min max flow and Approximately 10 m max head. This supports maximum volume delivery under rated motor load.

The robust Cast Iron structural body is fitted with a durable Single Vane Impeller designed to pass soft solids. Its mechanical design incorporates dual mechanical seals inside a lubricating oil chamber, plus an extra lip seal. A heavy-duty motor winding is encapsulated to prevent moisture entry.

The unit is suitable for continuous duty in sumps with a minimum pit footprint of Medium 80x40x50cm. It operates with water temperatures up to Maximum 45°C (intermittent up to 60°C). The wide-voltage motor keeps running temperatures low, protecting the internal bearings and windings.

    FEATURES

    • Designed for space-saving sumps, requiring a minimum pit size of only Medium 80x40x50cm for consistent operation.
    • Features dual mechanical shaft seals in an oil bath chamber, plus an extra lip seal in the pumping liquid.
    • Constructed from hard-wearing Cast Iron to withstand wet, cold, and corrosive submerged environments.
    • Specifically configured to pass soft solids and transfer high volumes of wastewater with minimal clogging risk.
    • Electric motor operates through a wide voltage range at full load while maintaining a low temperature rise.
    • Supplied with a heavy-duty 10-metre H07RN-F electrical cable and plug, suitable for deep submersible use.
