Outback AutoMate 25mm Headworks Kit to Suite Pressurised Solar Pumps

The Outback AutoMate 25mm Constant Pressure Headworks Kit is a complete installer-ready solution designed to convert solar bore pump systems into a fully pressurised water supply. By pressurising the delivery line, the AutoMate allows solar pumps to operate reliably with float valves, long pipeline runs, and remote tanks where traditional float switches may be impractical.

The system uses a reverse-acting pressure switch combined with an 8L pressure vessel to automatically start and stop the pump based on system pressure. When water demand opens—such as when a float valve drops in a tank or trough—the pressure falls and the pump starts. Once pressure is restored, the pump automatically shuts off, providing smooth and reliable system operation.

Designed specifically for solar pumping systems, the AutoMate headworks assembly reduces pump cycling, protects system components, and enables stable pressure delivery, making it ideal for livestock watering, irrigation supply, and remote tank filling applications.
