PoolControls SWC60 Salt Water Chlorinator 60g/hr for Larger Pools with Self-Cleaning Cell

Very large swimming pool volumes are sanitised using the SWC60 automated salt chlorinator. This system generates sanitiser for water capacities up to approximately 160000 liters. It installs inline within standard domestic filtration layouts. The hardware is applied to residential pools with extreme bather volumes. It maintains high residual sanitation levels under harsh operating conditions.

The electrolytic cell features titanium plates treated with a ruthenium coating. Scale buildup is handled by the reverse polarity self-cleaning mechanism which alters plate charge automatically. The replacement cell assembly has a physical weight of 3 kg. The clear cell housing enables quick monitoring of plate cleanliness without disassembly.

With a 240 V power supply, the controller delivers an output of 60 grams of chlorine per hour. Salinity levels must be kept between 3000 and 5000 ppm for chlorine production. The pool filtration pump drives water through the 40 mm cell ports. This output level is the largest in the domestic range for massive pool volumes.

Sanitation settings are managed through a simple menu on the digital screen. A one-button cover mode drops output to 20% to avoid chemical build-up when pool covers are closed. The power pack casing provides ingress protection against weather. Wall mounting slots on the rear plate facilitate secure wall fixation.
