Automated chemical dosing is retrofitted to chlorinators using the XLM & SWC pH Upgrade Kit. This upgrade package connects directly to existing XLS 900ppm or SWC series chlorinators. It is designed for domestic pool sanitation systems. It allows pool owners to upgrade a standard chlorinator into an integrated pH-regulating system.

Constructed from chemical-resistant polymers, the dosing unit incorporates a single peristaltic pump. The pump utilizes flexible dosing tubing to transport diluted pool acid from a storage container. This physical upgrade assembly has a weight of 2 kg. The materials are selected to resist corrosive acid vapors in the pool shed.

The integrated dosing pump runs at 60 RPM to deliver precise volumes of pool acid. The unit draws power and control signals from the host chlorinator using standard plug connections. Dosing logic is managed by the main chlorinator processor. Integrating the pump directly avoids the need for a separate wall outlet or power cord.

A probe-free design is utilized to avoid manual sensor calibration requirements entirely. This setup maintains water chemistry control by dosing diluted pool acid at a two-to-one ratio. System monitoring is performed through the host chlorinator digital menu. This upgrade protects pool surfaces by keeping the water at a steady pH level.
