Residential filtration, pool heating and automatic cleaning systems can use the Zenflow ZF 100 where steady single-speed water circulation is required. Part of the Zenflow ZF single-speed pump series, it features a baseplate designed for retrofitting into common equipment configurations and operates on a standard single-phase electrical supply.
The pump uses a stainless steel motor shaft for durability, while its integrated impeller and diffuser configuration processes water with zero solids passage. An enlarged 3-Litre strainer basket collects debris and helps keep the water pathway clear. The model weighs 14.5 kg.
Rated at 1.1 kW, the motor operates on 240v with a current rating of 5 Amps. Its 50 mm connections provide approximately 18 metres of head and around 365 L/Min of flow at the stated performance limits. Operating sound levels are specified at 64 dB during active filtration cycles.
Thermal overload protection is incorporated into the motor windings to help limit electrical and thermal damage. The IPX5 enclosure rating supports outdoor use, while the self-priming design provides suction lift capability up to 3.5 metres. Single-speed motor operation provides consistent water circulation.
