This professional sewage grinder pump is suited for high-head effluent handling and wastewater processing in pressure sewer systems. It provides a heavy-duty solution for reducing solids into a pumpable slurry for discharge through small-diameter pipes.

Operating with a maximum flow of approx. 200 L/Min, the unit reaches a maximum head of up to 23 m. The 1.5 kW single-phase 230v motor provides the torque necessary for demanding maceration tasks.

The design features hardened chromium-molybdenum alloy steel fixed shredder rings and rotating grinders to handle filaments and soft waste. Automatic operation is controlled by an integrated float switch, providing reliable level management in deep sump pits.

Built for long-term durability, the unit features a cast iron volute and pump housing with a corrosion-resistant stainless steel motor casing. Motor safety is maintained through built-in overload protection and a double mechanical sealing arrangement.
