Operating without an integrated float switch, it is ideally configured for synchronized dual-pump commercial systems controlled by external panels.

Pumping hydraulics are powered by a high-torque single-phase 240V electric motor with a heavy-duty rating of 1.50 kW. This electrical configuration generates a substantial maximum flow rate of 800 L/Min and reaches a maximum vertical discharge head of 13 m. This high-capacity output allows the pump to manage rapid inflows in wet-well collection stations, elevating mixed sewage slurry through large-bore 80 mm discharge piping.

The solids-handling design utilizes an advanced single-vaned semi-open non-clog impeller fitted with a specialized shredding cutter assembly featuring heat-treated cutting edges. This mechanism actively shreds stringy matter, organic solids, and fibrous debris before the waste can obstruct the hydraulic passages or downstream non-return valves. The hydrodynamic balancing of the impeller minimizes axial load, reducing wear on bearings during peak cycles.

The mechanical frame consists of a durable stainless steel motor casing that facilitates optimal cooling. It utilizes a double mechanical seal with an integrated oil seal to provide a fail-safe seal against the surrounding wastewater. Winding-integrated thermal protection safeguard the 1.50 kW motor against electrical imbalances, ensuring long-term reliability.
