Puretec HR-ESR2M1 ESR2/Hybrid-M1 Rainwater Filter Maintenance Kit

Under-sink rainwater filtration systems providing drinking water at the kitchen tap require periodic maintenance of both filtration and sterilization components. The HR-ESR2M1 maintenance kit is manufactured for the Puretec ESR2 series and HYBRID-M1 rainwater under-sink systems. This set is suitable for domestic point-of-use treatment where the removal of sediment and microbiological control are required for drinking and cooking. Regular servicing is necessary to maintain the safety and clarity of the water supply and to prevent the build-up of impurities in the filter media.

This kit includes a PL051 washable pleated sediment cartridge and a silver-impregnated moulded carbon cartridge. The 5 micron washable pleated cartridge removes physical debris like rust and dirt, while the 1 micron carbon cartridge provides fine filtration and chemical reduction. These components are designed to fit the compact housings of the ESR2 and Hybrid-M1 systems, providing dual-stage mechanical filtration before the sterilization stage.

Microbiological disinfection is provided by an RL2 UV replacement lamp. This lamp utilizes germicidal ultraviolet light to target bacteria and viruses in the water stream through a chemical-free process. It is designed to work with the system's internal sterilization path to provide reliable disinfection for the dedicated drinking water outlet. Replacing the lamp at recommended intervals supports the effectiveness of the UV treatment stage for the dedicated drinking water outlet.

Structural maintenance parts include a 330mm RQS2 quartz sleeve and replacement rubber O-rings for the filtration housings. The quartz sleeve protects the UV lamp and ensures maximum light transmission, while the ROR2 O-rings provide water-tight sealing for the under-sink unit. The design allows for straightforward component changes to support the long-term mechanical integrity of the ESR2 and Hybrid-M1 systems. Utilizing these genuine parts supports the system's ability to provide clean and safe drinking water from domestic rainwater tanks.
