Puretec HR-G12R10 10" Hybrid G12/R10 UV Water Filter Maintenance Kit

The HR-G12R10 maintenance kit contains the replacement components for the three-stage filtration and UV system of the Hybrid G12 and R10 series. This kit is manufactured for Puretec Hybrid G12 and R10 series systems. This set is suitable for whole-house rainwater filtration where the removal of sediment and the reduction of taste and odour issues are required across three distinct treatment stages. Regular maintenance is necessary to prevent pressure drops and to maintain the effectiveness of the ultraviolet sterilization stage for domestic use.

This kit includes a 10-inch MaxiPlus pleated sediment filter [PL05MP1], a taste and odour removal filter [CB05MP1], and a solid sediment filter [PX01MP1]. The pleated sediment cartridge provides an increased surface area for the removal of rust and silt, while the solid sediment cartridge targets fine physical debris. The carbon-based filter is specified for the reduction of chemical impurities and unpleasant smells in the tank water. These 10-inch cartridges are built to fit the triple-stage housing arrangement of the Hybrid G12 and R10 series.

Disinfection is provided by an RL6 ultraviolet replacement lamp. This lamp utilizes germicidal light to target bacteria and viruses in the water stream through a chemical-free process. It is configured to fit the internal sterilization path of the Hybrid G12 and R10 series. The lamp replacement supports the effectiveness of the UV treatment stage during standard residential service duty cycles.

Mechanical maintenance parts include an RQS6 quartz sleeve, replacement rubber O-rings, and food-grade lubricant for the filtration housings. The quartz sleeve protects the lamp and ensures maximum light transmission, while the O-rings provide water-tight sealing. The lubricant is provided to assist with the manual installation of the gaskets and to protect the housing seals from wear. Utilizing these genuine parts supports the manufacturer warranty and maintains the mechanical integrity of the Hybrid G12 and R10 triple-stage filtration systems.
