This kit includes a 10-inch MaxiPlus sediment filter [PL05MP1] and a taste and odour removal filter [DP10MP1]. The sediment filter is designed for the extraction of physical debris such as rust and silt from the tank water supply. The secondary filter is specified for the reduction of chemical impurities and unpleasant smells in the water stream. These 10-inch cartridges are built to handle the filtration requirements of the Hybrid G6 and R1 series housings, providing mechanical treatment as the rainwater passes through the multi-stage system.

Disinfection is provided by an RL6 ultraviolet replacement lamp. This lamp utilizes germicidal light to target bacteria and viruses in the water stream through a chemical-free process. It is configured to fit the internal sterilization path of the Hybrid G6 and R1 series. The lamp replacement supports the UV treatment stage as water passes through the system during standard residential duty cycles.

Maintenance components include an RQS6 quartz sleeve for lamp protection and replacement rubber O-rings for the filter housings. Food-grade lubricant is provided to aid in the manual installation of the seals and to ensure water-tight housing performance. The design allows for tool-free cartridge changes and supports the mechanical integrity of the Hybrid G6 and R1 filtration systems.
