Configured for mineral reintroduction into post-filtered water, the Puretec IL146 is an inline water filter cartridge suitable for drinking dispensers. It is designed for reverse osmosis post-treatment, ice makers, and residential refrigeration systems. The cartridge connects directly to standard tubing layouts to service cold water supply lines.

Constructed from a polymer pressure shell, this filter housing contains natural mineralizing media. The physical size is 10.25 inches length by 2 inches diameter to fit standard mounting brackets. The cartridge weighs 0.41 kg and operates in water temperatures from 2°C up to 38°C.

The mineralizing inline cartridge operates within water pressure parameters of 100 to 520 kPa. It has a specified micron rating of 5 micron to capture trace carbon fines and suspended physical matter. It allows a maximum flow rate of 1.9 Lpm through the internal path.

The plumbing connections feature a 1/4 inch BSPF female thread arrangement at each end of the housing. It incorporates materials compliance verified under AS/NZS 3497 certification licence number WM 74617. The mineral media dissolves trace levels of calcium and magnesium into purified water to improve taste profiles. Maintenance involves regular cartridge swaps.
