Puretec PL10MP1 Pleated Sediment MaxiPlus 10 Micron 4.5" x 10" Water Filter Cartridge

The Puretec PL10MP1 MaxiPlus cartridge provides low pressure drop filtration of fine physical contaminants in heavy-demand systems. This model is suited for whole-house pre-treatment, light industrial washes, and irrigation lines. It is suitable for MaxiPlus filter housings and connects to high-flow inlet lines.

The construction features high-strength synthetic non-woven polyester fabric folded into a wide pleated structure. This pleated fabric is backed by a wide central polypropylene core that provides structural stiffness. The cartridge ends are embedded in thermo-setting vinyl plastisol PVC, fusing the components into a single unit.

The physical measurements of this model are 4.5 inches by 10 inches with a nominal rating of 10 microns. It incorporates more than 16 square feet (1.48 square meters) of active pleated media to catch incoming particulates. The structural overlap seam is sonically welded, which blocks internal water bypass and increases physical capture efficiency.

The filter cartridge performs at a maximum flow limit of 92 L/Min, providing filtration with low flow restriction. It operates in liquid temperatures ranging from 4.4°C to 51.7°C (40°F to 125°F). Built with washable synthetic media, the cartridge features a reusable design, enabling cleaning between service runs to reduce costs.
