The wide-body Puretec PX01MP1 polyspun cartridge provides high-flow physical filtration of fine particulates in heavy-demand water systems. This model is specified for MaxiPlus filter housings, working as a whole-house sediment pre-treatment block. It installs on main water entry manifolds, serving as a physical particulate interceptor.

This wide-body model is constructed from pure virgin polypropylene, featuring spun and melted synthetic fibers. The polyspun media utilizes a coreless configuration with no center core to restrict fluid performance. The cartridge weighs approximately 0.65 kg and is specified for temperatures from 4.4°C to 60°C.

This wide-body model measures 4.5 inches in diameter by 10 inches in length, featuring a nominal rating of 1 micron. It achieves a maximum flow rate of 75 L/Min, capturing fine suspended particles with low flow resistance through MaxiPlus housings.

This wide-body model utilizes depth filtration pathways, employing graded density spun polypropylene to isolate suspended solid matter.
