Forming a complete double replacement set, the Puretec PX101-2 polyspun sediment twin-pack captures medium-sized particles in domestic water lines. This twin-pack fits standard filter housings, working as a paired pre-filtration filter for home appliances. Its installation is straightforward, connecting with dual inline filter ports.

This dual replacement set is constructed from high-purity virgin polypropylene fibers that are spun and melted together. Each polyspun cartridge features a coreless construction with no center core to impede water pathways. The twin-pack weighs approximately 0.56 kg and operates in temperatures from 4.4°C to 60°C.

Each cartridge in this twin-pack has physical dimensions of 2.5 inches in diameter by 10 inches in length. It has a nominal rating of 10 microns for sediment capture. The set operates at a maximum flow capacity of 32 L/Min, providing liquid filtration.

Through graded density depth filtration, each model provides high sediment containment without causing flow restriction. Coarser sand and rust particles are captured near the surface, while finer clay is isolated deep within the multi-layered polypropylene web.
