Engineered for high-volume pipelines, the wide-format Puretec PX20MP2 polyspun cartridge captures medium-sized suspended particles. This 20-inch MaxiPlus model is suitable for MaxiPlus filter housings, providing whole-house pre-filtration in larger properties. It installs on main water manifolds, offering physical debris interception.

This model is constructed from high-purity virgin polypropylene, featuring spun and melted fibers that form a dense filtration web. The polyspun design employs a coreless layout with no central core to impede fluid pathways. The cartridge weighs approximately 1.25 kg and is rated for temperatures from 4.4°C to 60°C.

Measuring exactly 4.5 inches in diameter by 20 inches in length, this model features a nominal rating of 20 microns. It achieves a maximum flow capacity of 164 L/Min through standard residential connections, providing sediment capture with minimal pressure loss.

The graded density layout performs depth filtration by isolating particulates of varying sizes throughout the multi-layered polypropylene media.
