Puretec RB25MP1 Ribbed Sediment MaxiPlus 25 Micron 4.5" x 10" Water Filter Cartridge

Specifically designed for MaxiPlus housings, the wide-format Puretec RB25MP1 ribbed cartridge isolates medium-sized suspended solids. This cartridge is suitable for agricultural, commercial, and domestic high-flow pre-filtration loops. It connects directly to high-volume water mains, performing physical particle entrapment.

Manufactured from high-strength polypropylene media, this wide-body cartridge utilizes deep outer grooved channels. This ribbed design provides a large physical surface area to hold raw water sediment. The cartridge weighs approximately 0.64 kg and is rated for operating temperatures from 0°C to 60°C.

With physical measurements of 4.5 inches in diameter by 10 inches in length, the cartridge has a nominal rating of 25 microns. It achieves a maximum flow rate of 85 L/Min, specified for working pressures from 100 to 900 kPa on standard water mains.

This grooved cartridge utilizes a graded density ribbed design, allowing physical filtration across multiple surface levels. Coarser sediment is isolated within the outer ribbed channels, while finer particles are trapped deep inside the media. This ribbed configuration provides a high dirt-holding capacity and low flow resistance. This model is designed for standard filtration housings without modification.
