Puretec RB25MP2 Ribbed Sediment MaxiPlus 25 Micron 4.5" x 20" Water Filter Cartridge

Engineered for high-volume pipelines, the wide-format Puretec RB25MP2 ribbed cartridge captures medium-sized suspended particles. This 20-inch MaxiPlus model is suitable for MaxiPlus filter housings, providing whole-house pre-filtration in larger properties. It installs on main water manifolds, offering physical debris interception.

This model is constructed from raw polypropylene media, featuring a ribbed design with deep outer grooved channels. This grooved configuration provides a large physical surface area to capture solid particulates. The cartridge weighs approximately 1.28 kg and operates in water temperatures from 0°C to 60°C.

Measuring exactly 4.5 inches in diameter by 20 inches in length, this model features a nominal rating of 25 microns. It achieves a maximum flow capacity of 166 L/Min under pressures from 100 to 900 kPa, providing high-capacity sediment capture.

Straining is performed by the grooved ribbed design, utilizing a graded density polypropylene structure to trap suspended solids. Coarser sand and rust are isolated within the outer grooves, while finer sediment is captured deep inside the multi-surface media. This ribbed configuration provides a high dirt-holding capacity. This model is designed for standard filtration housings without modification.
