Dual-action particulate and chemical reduction is provided by the WD051-G specialty wound sediment cartridge, designed for fitment into 10 inch housings. This granular carbon model is used for treating mains water and bore water where the removal of both sediment and dissolved impurities is required. It functions as a comprehensive clarification stage.

Achieving a nominal flow capacity of 27 L/min, the unit operates with minimal pressure drop. The 5 micron rating provides effective reduction of physical contaminants while the integrated granular carbon targets chemical, taste, and odour removal. True depth filtration is achieved through a precisely wound construction that incorporates specialty carbon media within the pattern.

Constructed with 2.5 inch diameter and 10 inch length dimensions, the unit is wound around the core for stability during service. It is capable of withstanding specialty temperatures up to 149 degrees Celsius and is suitable for various fluids requiring minimal fiber migration.
